Get paid online · free

Get paid directly. Keep 100%.

Add a “Pay this invoice” button to the invoices you already send. Clients pay by card or bank transfer, the money goes straight to your own bank, and Easy Timesheet takes no cut — you only ever pay Stripe’s standard processing fee. It’s free, and it’s one toggle.

How it works

From “please pay me” to paid — in one click for your client.

  1. 01

    Connect your Stripe account

In Settings → Payments, click “Connect your Stripe account.” It’s a quick one-time signup — Stripe handles the payment security, identity checks, and payouts to your bank. Standard accounts are free; you don’t pay Stripe anything to have one.

  2. 02

    Turn on “Pay on invoices”

Flip a single switch so a “Pay this invoice” button is added whenever you send an invoice. Leave it off and invoices send exactly as they do today — it’s entirely your choice, per your account.

  3. 03

    Send an invoice

Send an invoice like normal. Your client gets a clean invoice with a clear Pay button.

  4. 04

Your client pays by card or bank

They pay by credit/debit card or bank transfer (ACH in the US, EFT/PAD in Canada, SEPA in the EU). Card is instant; bank transfer clears in a few business days.

  5. 05

    The invoice marks itself paid

The moment the payment clears, the invoice flips to Paid and the money lands in your own Stripe balance, then pays out to your bank on your schedule. You get an email confirming it.

What it costs

Zero from us. Just Stripe’s standard fee.

We don’t add a platform fee, a markup, or a per-transaction cut. The only cost is Stripe’s normal processing fee — the same rails every serious tool uses — and it’s paid out of the payment, straight from your Stripe account. Bank transfer is far cheaper than card, which is exactly why we support it.

The big accounting suites make you dig through their software to switch this on. We make it a single toggle, free for everyone.

You need a Stripe account

Accepting payments requires signing up with Stripe (free). We start that signup for you from Settings → Payments; Stripe verifies you and pays out to your bank.

🔒

We never touch your money

Payments settle in your own Stripe account, not ours. That keeps your money yours, your payouts on your schedule, and disputes in your control.

Bank transfers take a few days

Card payments are instant; bank transfers clear over a few business days, so the invoice shows “Processing,” then “Paid” once the funds settle.

Send invoices that pay themselves.

Log the work, send the invoice, get paid — directly, and without giving up a cut.
