These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Easy Timesheet (“Easy Timesheet,” “we,” “us”), a web application for logging billable hours, creating invoices, and — optionally — accepting payment on those invoices. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please don’t use the service.

1. The service

Easy Timesheet helps independent contractors track time, generate invoices, export PDFs, and manage clients. We provide the software “as is” and aim to keep it available and accurate, but we don’t guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

2. Your account

You’re responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for the activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and use the service in compliance with applicable laws. You may delete your account at any time.

3. Plans and billing

Easy Timesheet offers a free plan and a paid Pro plan. Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe on the interval you select and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime; access continues through the end of the paid period. Prices may change with notice.

4. Online invoice payments (Stripe Connect)

Accepting online payments on your invoices is an optional, free feature. The following applies if you choose to enable it:

• You must sign up with Stripe. To collect payments you are required to create and connect your own Stripe account. Stripe verifies your identity, holds the funds, and pays out to your bank. Your use of Stripe is governed by the Stripe Connected Account Agreement and Stripe’s other terms, which are between you and Stripe.
• Funds go directly to you. Payments are processed on your own connected Stripe account and settle into your balance — the money never passes through Easy Timesheet. We are not a party to the transaction, do not hold your funds, and are not a bank, payment processor, or money transmitter.
• We take no cut. Easy Timesheet charges no platform fee and no percentage on payments you collect. You pay only Stripe’s standard processing fees, which Stripe deducts from each payment.
• You’re responsible for the relationship with your client. The invoice, the work, the amount, any refunds, chargebacks, disputes, and applicable taxes are between you and your client. You handle refunds and disputes in your Stripe account.
• Availability. Which payment methods are available (cards, ACH, EFT/PAD, SEPA, etc.) depends on your country, your invoice currency, and Stripe’s eligibility rules. Bank transfers may take several business days to clear.

5. Your content

You own the data you put into Easy Timesheet — your timesheets, invoices, and client records. You grant us the limited right to store and process it to provide the service. We don’t sell your data.

6. Acceptable use

Don’t use Easy Timesheet to break the law, infringe others’ rights, send spam, or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the service. We may suspend accounts that do.

7. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

Easy Timesheet is not an accounting, tax, or legal service and does not provide financial advice. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for issues arising from payments processed by Stripe or from your dealings with your clients. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we’ll update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
